Aujourd’hui, le pays se mobilise pour faire face au changement climatique avec la création de 45 parcs solaires et un programme pour faire passer à l’électricité 40 % des autobus, 30 % des voitures particulières et 80 % des véhicules à deux et trois roues d’ici à 2030. Mais aussi avec l’objectif de devenir un leader mondial dans la production d’hydrogène comme alternative aux énergies fossiles.
On 15 August, India celebrated 75 years of independence. By now, the country has made monumental progress: achieving food self-sufficiency, transforming itself into a technological powerhouse and becoming the world’s sixth largest economy.
Today, the country is mobilising to tackle climate change with the creation of 45 solar parks and a programme to switch 40% of buses, 30% of private cars and 80% of two- and three-wheelers to electricity by 2030. But also with the objective of becoming a world leader in hydrogen production as an alternative to fossil fuels.
